How do i use plaid

i am a new user to plaid and would appreciate any assistance i can get on how to commence . I don’t possess any programming skill but will like to understand how to authenticate live credentials using plaid . thanks

RunKit isn’t affiliated with Plaid, so we’re not intimately familiar with their API. I’d refer to their Node documentation for authentication.
