I’ve used runkit for awhile now and my notebooks are beginning to pile up, can you introduce some ways to organize notebooks?

I agree, adding a collection or tag feature to Runkit would be useful.
In the meantime you could add an emoji or some other unique text tag and use the search function to filter.
