Considered that:
- permanent notebooks might be a waste of resources
- archived notebooks’ names can’t be used later
- the demand for requiring others’ notebook may be weak. In fact, we mostly work on our own notebooks, and therefore we take control of our dependencies
I think it is necessary to make it possible for deleting and/or unarchiving notebooks.
